We ordered three and one had a broken leg when it arrived. We are exchanging it since the other two seemed sturdy and were just right for the reason I purchased them.

Service and delivery comments:

We purchased the chairs through Hayneedle and I am very impressed with the customer service. One of the chairs was broken during shipping and the customer service person I spoke to could not have been more helpful and professional.
