I ordered two of these chairs for my photography business when out doing art festivals. This weekend was my first use.
My original order had pieces missing and Hayneedle replaced the chair with a new one - +1 for excellent customer service.
The chairs themselves are a different story. All three feel wobbly. The slightest move and you can feel the chair shake back and forth. Comfort in the seated position is OK but nothing to write home about. The foot is, well, a foot rest and nothing more. You can not put any weight on them when shifting in the chair. My dad learned this when he put a little weight on one and sheared the head of the bolt holding the rest to the chair off. The materials seem pretty low quality.
I would recommend this for some one who only rarely needs it and then only for a couple hours. Anything more (like a weekend art show) and I would shell out a little more money get something of better quality.

Very impressed with the quality of the chair. My only complaint: I paid $44+ to have it delivered overnight on Tuesday, February 26, by FedEx, and didn't receive it until Wednesday. PLUS, I was never informed it would be a day late. Just glad I was able to have it personalized in time for his party tonight.

i problem, bolt that holds footrest on the head broke off, think i got it fixed, need to soon to send back. if the fix don't work i'll make a new one thank you
