Directors chair covers are designed to fit tightly. If chair braces do not fully open easily, sit in the chair until material stretches slightly, then extend braces.

Maintenance and Care Instructions

Remove cover and wash in cold water using a mild soap and a soft bristle brush.
Rinse thoroughly.
Return both canvas seat and back onto chair frame while still wet.
Allow to air dry.

[...] Assembly was unbelievably simple! They are exactly what I wanted. I am using them at a wedding rehearsal dinner. Our theme is 'famous movie couples' and the bride and groom will have director's chairs. I plan to embroider their names on the back canvas. I have not used the chairs yet so have no idea about the wear, but they certainly are attractive and very study for the price.
