Incorporated in the 18 in. Contemporary Directors Chairs are the best features from each of the Gold Medal designs since World War II. Hand-crafted arm pads, sculptured back posts, and custom fitted hardwood joinery have been united to give the maximum in strength and comfort, plus this directors chair folds easily for transport and storage. This chair delivers the tradition of 19th century craftsmanship to the 21st century casual furniture market.
Peace of mind comes with knowing the hardware is gold tone zinc plated and rust resistant. 14 oz. cotton canvas fabric covers are finished with color-fast dies to insure bleed free silk screening.  Choose from four finish colors; white, black, natural, and walnut. Don't worry about chipping because each chair receives double topcoats of hand-dipped finish of clear varnish or gloss enamels.  This chair is available in white, black, natural, and walnut wood finishes and there are several canvas colors to choose from, you are sure to find the right combination to fits your needs.

Assembly

To install the seat and back on your directors chair frame, please open up your chair fram approximately half way, so to allow the fabric to fit loosely onto the frame and then open up the chair once all fabric portions are applied. For additional information please consult the attached assembly instructions in Adobe PDF format.

Care

Since this is a died cotton fabric, it will fade quickly when exposed to direct sunlight for long periods.

          We purchased two directors chairs for the kitchen table in our apartment. As we are living by the sea, we thought the chairs would add to our nautical ambiance, which they do! We are happy with the quality of the wood and how solid they feel. The navy covers are sturdy, easy to assemble, and the color is a true navy. The chairs fold up easily and are lightweight. We are very happy with our new chairs!

            HUNTED ALL OVER FOR REASONABLY PRICED WHITE PATIO CHAIRS WITH BLUE CUSHIONS. COULD FIND NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO APPROPRIATE FOR THE SMALLISH WHITE METAL AND GLASS DINING TABLE WE HAD.
